SMARTSIL S20 is a two-component room temperature vulcanising (RTV) pourable fluid silicone rubber which cures with addition of the appropriate Smartsil S20 Silicone Catalyst (Fast, Slow and Very Fast) according to poly-condensation process.
SMARTSIL S20 silicone rubbers are suited for moulds’ manufacture for articles made of synthetic resins (polyester, epoxy, polyurethane, etc.), plaster, cement, wax (i.e. in lost-wax casting process), etc.
SMARTSIL S20 silicone rubbers are highly anti-adherent flexible compounds that are extremely suitable for reproduction of fine details. Thanks to these properties, it can also be used for moulds’ manufacture with many undercuts.

SLOW De-mould: 24 hrs Pot Life: 45 mins.
FAST De-mould: 6 hrs Pot Life: 15 mins.
VERY FAST De-mould: 2 hrs Pot Life: 5 mins.
