Jesmonite® Alkali Resistant Glass is stitched multi-axial glass reinforcement designed for use with Jesmonite composite materials AC730 and AC930. The product is used in combination with Jesmonite to create strong, lightweight laminates. Quadaxial Glass is made from Owens Corning® Cem-FIL® Alkali Resistant fibre. This material is backed by 40 years in service use worldwide and has proven durability and performance. The product is manufactured under ISO 9001, and laminates made using AC730 and AC930 conform to BS/EN 1170, which is the international standard for GRC products.

APPLICATION AREAS
The product is specifically designed to make hand lay-up, decorative mouldings, in combination with AC300, AC100, or for external use AC730. External cladding panels, moulded furniture, sculpture, and a full range of GRC compliant moulded products.

PACKAGING
Available in 25sqm rolls and 125sqm rolls – all supplied at 1.25m width.
STORAGE
Keep away from heat and moisture, and in suitable packaging. Best conditions for storage are 15°C – 35°C, within a humidity range of 35% – 65%. If the product is stored at lower temperatures it is advisable to condition it in the workshop for at least 24 hours to prevent condensation.
